It is very important that your instructor knows of any health issues you have so that the correct advice and guidance is given to you during class. 

The registration form you fill in when starting at Yoga Dojo will enable you to let us know of any health issues you have.  If your health changes, please update your records so we know how best to work with you to improve your health and well being.  All health information is private and treated confidentially.
