Yoga for Menopause is a ten-week course designed to smooth the hormonal roller coaster of menopause.

During the courses you will learn specific poses that have been proven to ease menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, depression and mood swings.  You will also improve your strength and flexibility ...and have a great time!

The course starts on Tuesday 6th October. Classes will be held each Tuesday night 5:45 - 7:15 pm and the cost is $150. No yoga experience is necessary.

You are welcome to join the course at any time and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
